CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

Dear Valued Guest,

With the unfolding situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) within Australia and across the world, we wanted to provide you with an update on the precautionary measures we have and are putting into place at Rosslyn bay Resort to protect our guests, staff, suppliers and the wider community since we are still open for business.

We have been closely monitoring the situation and are keeping abreast of the official health and workplace advice provided by the Australian Department of Health and local authorities.

While Rosslyn bay Resort has always had strict hygiene practices and cleaning standards in place, as further precaution, we have introduced a number of additional measures to reduce the risk and support a safer environment.

Aligned with Government and expert health advice, these measures include –

Regular briefings of our team and enhanced operating protocols

Increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including reception, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.

Increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitisers in both public and staff areas.

Social distancing programs in hotel office areas.

In addition, we have reinforced with our staff the importance of monitoring their own health and if they feel unwell or are showing signs of illness, they are to remain at home in self-isolation.

For further information we encourage you to visit the Australian Government Department of Health website for the latest information, alerts and fact sheets for travellers.

We will continue to monitor the situation and Government health and workplace advice and updates.

For any specific enquiries regarding reservations, please contact us by email at reception@rosslynbayresort.com.au or phone: 0749336333

Thank you for your understanding and support and we look forward to welcoming you soon.
